Whether you are hitting the ice with us in British Columbia, Ontario, Manitoba, or travelling internationally to attend our camps, this policy explains how we protect your personal information. 3. Third-Party Service Providers & International Data
We keep our toolset simple. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and your data is stored and managed using Google Workspace (Google Forms, Google Drive, and Gmail). Because Google operates globally, your information may be stored on secure servers located outside of your home province or country (such as in the United States). By submitting your information, you consent to this standard digital storage.
4. Consent & CASL Compliance (Anti-Spam)
We operate on a strict opt-in basis for marketing communications. You will only receive promotional emails if you give explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent or unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails or contacting us directly.
For minors under 19, consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
